Show up. Be honest.
Chase the joy. Run your way.

I believe running should be accessible, flexible, and empowering. It should meet you where you are—not where you think you should be. Whether you're chasing a marathon PR, lacing up after having a baby, or just trying to carve out 20 minutes for yourself, I want running to feel like a tool for joy and healing, not just a metric on a watch.

As a coach, I value progress over perfection, life over logistics, and people over paces. I believe in creating space for the full human experience—fatigue, excitement, uncertainty, breakthrough—and designing training that supports the real life you're living.

Running taught me to be gritty, patient, and resilient. It’s carried me through postpartum recoveries, career shifts, and everything in between. My philosophy is simple:

Show up. Be honest. Chase the joy. Run your way.

FOR THE MOMS

Motherhood changes everything—your body, your schedule, your priorities. But it doesn’t have to mean the end of your goals. As a mom of three, I know how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself, let alone train. That’s why I create flexible, judgment-free training plans that honor the realities of mom life. Whether you're newly postpartum, returning after time away, or chasing your strongest self yet—this space is for you.
